Frames are available in couches or bi-folds, tri-folds, loungers and love seats, or chairs with ottomans. We carry imported hardwood frames from Lifestyle Solutions in various stains and styles, along with matching coffee tables, end tables, and under sofa drawers. Futons have gained popularity, and are becoming more visible in homes across America. This versatile piece of furniture can serve as a couch or bed, making it a perfect addition to any living room, bedroom, guestroom, den, or office.

Futons are placed on convertible frames in a variety of styles and accessorized with an array of removable and cleanable or changeable covers, pillows, and bolsters, making redecorating a snap!

A good futon is supportive and comfortable to sit on and sleep on. Futons save space, are lighter in weight and easier to move than most conventional furniture.

innerspring, wool wrap, pocketed coil, or the Oster Touch, a super
comfortable all foam futon. Make your choice according to your personal comfort level and budget.

Custom Order
In addition to the standard sizes of cot, twin, full, queen, and king, we can custom make any size or thickness futon you want. We can make futons for window seats, chairs, campers, shiatsu, and meditation.

The Modern American Futon

The American hardwood frames we carry are from Norka Woodworks. Their arm styles are simple, but elegant. Choose maple or ash in natural, or stained in cherry, medium oak, mission oak, honey oak, rosewood, black or whitewash. Chairs, loungers, ottomans, coffee tables, tables, and under sofa drawers are also available.

Also, from Norka comes the Metro -an unfinished American hardwood line. In stock, we have bi-folds, loungers and platform beds.

The Futon Company has a wide variety of futon covers and pillows in stock and a great selection of fabric swatches for special orders. There is a 2-week delivery time on special orders.
